To ensure we deliver products that meet the highest quality standards and approved technical specifications, return and refund requests are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects or if the product fails to comply with its approved technical or reference specifications.
If a manufacturing defect or non-compliance with advertised specifications is confirmed, the customer is entitled to return the product. Following an inspection to verify the defect or non-compliance, the product's value will be refunded to the customer in accordance with the company’s policy and approved refund procedures.
