How long does it take to manufacture my mattress?
Production typically takes 2–4 business days after the order is confirmed and the required deposit has been received.
What deposit is required to place an order?
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order and begin production.
Can I choose a custom mattress size?
Yes. Everest Sleep offers custom sizes to meet your specific requirements.
Do Everest mattresses come with a warranty? What does it cover?
Yes. Every Everest mattress comes with a Lifetime Warranty covering eligible manufacturing and product-quality issues according to our warranty terms.
Can I return or cancel my order?
Because our mattresses are made to order, returns and cancellations are subject to our policy. However, if a mattress has a confirmed manufacturing defect or does not match your agreed specifications, you may return it for a full refund.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes! We offer free delivery to all governorates in Egypt, subject to our delivery terms.
