At Everest Sleep, every mattress is manufactured specifically according to the customer's selected specifications and unique order details.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm the order and initiate custom production. Because every mattress is built specifically for you, we encourage carefully reviewing all details before manufacturing begins.

We stand behind our commitments. Returns and full refunds are governed by the following criteria:
Eligible for Full Refund
Accepted when the delivered product has a confirmed defect or strays from confirmed order details, such as:
- Incorrect dimensions (width, length, or height)
- Incorrect internal specifications vs. order contract
- Confirmed structural or manufacturing defects
- Mismatch with agreed-upon custom specifications
Non-Returnable Situations
Because each item is custom-built, returns cannot be accepted solely due to:
- Change of mind after production has started
- Deciding the mattress is no longer wanted post-delivery
- Requesting size or specification changes mid/post-production
